Tell the community EVERYTHING. Everything we're working on, everything we're thinking about working on, and everything that's already done and ready to go live (such as patches, rebalances, and hot-fixes). Then get community feedback on all of it and act on it as quickly as humanly possible. Majority of players don't want x item that we were planning on bringing with TTK? Boom. It's gone. Players want an endgame patrol where strike bosses roam the wilds? We'll do our best to implement it. A weapon is dominating PvP? We'll equalize it to be more on-par with the weapons in its class/rarity type- NOT nerf it and its entire class into oblivion. Have 100% transparency with the community, make sure that they know we honor and respect them, and especially ensure that they know that we're committed to their enjoyment of our games above all else. It'll be a busy day. Lol
