I ran a couple Dragon Strikes, gathering engrams to level up my Cryptarch rank. As I come back to the Tower, I turn in my engrams and I reach Cryptarch rank 12, and recieve a blue heavy weapon engram, and a legendary special weapon engram. I go and decrypt them, and recieve a Genghis-E from the blue, I decrypt the legendary....and it takes a while to show what I got...but I receive a Grimoire card... Then it happened...I hear that sweet sound of receiving an exotic...and there it was...Ice Breaker.
