I agree with you in a sense but when it comes to a skilled players certain things that aren't OP for you and I are mad OP. Think about it. This dude can land damn near every throw with his aim so he can fire one bullet with a handcannon and throw and get a kill. For him it is OP. For any skilled player the Hunter is way too OP cuz of its speed that they can utilize and be really twitchy

You just basically said that hunters are balanced. If it's "OP as shit" in a skilled players, then it isn't OP.
