It's not that hard to do really. It mostly just takes time, patience, dedication, understanding, and you have to be open to new possibilities. I can't stress the time part enough though... It's not going to happen over night. I've been told that it can even take years for a person to connect to their guide. Because it depends just as much on the guid as it does you, and if one of you (or both) aren't ready then you won't connect.
