So I have been playing this game since Beta. I actually never paid attention but every time I take a blue class engram to the cryptarch for the hunter, it always gives me the same two items (either a Hustler's Cloak or a Grinder's Cloak). Just to test it out, I saved 9 engrams, and took them to the cryptarch all at once, received (6 hustler's cloak and 3 grinders cloak). Tested out again the same way (Received 4 Hustler's cloak and 5 Grinders cloak). I know there is ton of rare class items for the hunter but I have never got anything but those two items. Anyone experienced anything similar? Edit: So it seems that as your hunter levels up, you will not be able to attain many of the rare class items. Thanks for all the replies to point out this issue.
