I don't know if he should it is the best gun in the game but if he does it should be over 27 strange coins so you can feel some sort of accomplishment after getting it

It isnt the best gun in the game. Take it from someone with all pre HoW exotic weapon and armor pieces, and most post HoW armor and weapon pieces, and has 3 34s, and has gone to mercury 3 times.
