The fact that it binds space and time could also be refered to the fact that it should be a fusion rifle that shots 7 bullets all togheter like the other but since it has been created by the vex it binds space and time so the bullets come in anothere rate one each like someone has broken the law of time and space and has been creting something that is no more a fusion rifle but at the same time uses the fusion rifles process.
