Hey nice post, I'll help for sure, VoG hard is definitely not an easy run, even though it's a lower level it's much harder than Crota Hard (imo) I'll happily tag along though, just have a few hours spare because the first time will take some time. I'm from London UK so although I'm on most nights I would only try this at the weekends when we have more time.
Crota though, anytime you want as its a quick raid

Thanks for the support. As of this typing I have RamBoned18 (below) added as our main assistance for a run attempt tonight. Myself and the four other guys I know that I am bringing in have some experience with VoG mechanics, but because 4 of 5 of us only have one full sit down under our belts, nothing really clicked, or someone was not communicating (the non communicator was not invited to this session). So as it stands it's 4 Novices (raid-wise) and 2 experience raiders. I've never attempted Hard Mode and the anxiety will kill me before it does my guardian. : P I'm keeping everyone's names down for future endeavors, so you can't get rid of me that easy.
