Im on XB1 and do sherpa raids for fun. Ran a 32 who'd only had the game a week through normal VoG, normal Crota, PoE 32+34. Then last night took him through a HM VoG. Also helped a dude to his first Skolas kill last night too. I'll usually break people in with a normal raid, with a hard mode raid under consideration.
