Help My Sniper
So awhile ago I got an efrideet's spear and I decided to re-roll it. It starts with the Tacsys SLS15 scope and the double down perk. Then I have armor piercing rounds, high caliber rounds, and skip rounds. My final perk is clown cartridge. My question is: which middle perk should I have? Armor piercing, high caliber, or skip rounds? This is supposed to be my Crucible Sniper.
