I'm not arguing him. I am stating him. There is no argument. The only creature ever created that could attempt to take him down on their own is Alucard and even then it would probably be a tie.

He is probably the most infamous villian of all time. He is unrelenting and unstoppable. He will come back again and again and again. He has died twice and came back through his own will. We may have killed him again, but there is no mistaking he will be back. And if he finally succeeds he will execute Jenova's will, and ride the husk of our planet through the cosmos as a god of malevolent power. And when the Final Fantasy VII remake is finally finished and released, we will feel the dread of his presence once again.... and I will literally cum all over the place.
