Title says it all. Since playing IB for two days I've noticed that these are the biggest issues. It's nigh unplayable at some points because the entire other team is using Thorn. One experience I had was a dude sitting in a corner trying snipe with Thorn. Wouldn't even really engage anyone on his own, just hit people with the burn and run away to get the kill or assist. From what I understood Bungie was going to focus on making sure no one or two weapons ruled the IB and Crucible. Clearly they are just as bad at balance as they are at making DLC worth the price.
