Yes it's good but compared to gunslinger it's ass. It doesn't one hit anyone out of their super but we get one hit with a shotgun. It only one hits golden gun and if they don't kill you before, they're bad. Most people, including top tier pvp players use blade dancer for QuickDraw, hungering blade, blink, and the arc bolt nade.
