1st complete prison of elders lvl 32 get your armor cores , take to Variks lvl your characters to 34, then when your at lvl 34 run PoE 34 and get the etheric light

Yup not that hard and you can get 6 a week plus nightfalls plus iron banner and trials. If they just gave everyone everything this game would get boring fast
