What I wanna know is if it's not in game why does that 1 person have it already? It's in the game they just don't want to unlock it.

its in the game because someone who was really messed up who could do anything but was doing therapy and healing through playing destiny to where it was in the news and bungie made him a gun and gave it to him.. hes the only 1 to get it and probably will be that way
