My PS4 froze up, I couldn't shut it down and I had to unplug it. I've noticed that the power cord got pretty hot, because the fans are blowing out the hot air right on it. I didn't get the red line, but I'm thinking something wasn't right.
Then I plugged it back in, and resumed everything normally. I do think that power cord probably shouldn't be placed right there where it can heat up.
Has anyone else had this issue?

3 RisposteIts not too good to have the fan blow hot air onto the power core, as it will overheat and cause permanent damage. Try a new setup and see if things change.
