From what I've seen, parents who are too controlling and parents who are too neglecting are the ones who make brats who grow up into punks. I grew up playing Duke Nukem, Wolfenstein 3D, Turok, etc., and I'm pretty sure I can be described as a pacifist in person. Games don't ruin people. People ruin people.
