It's a video game.... 13+ is totally fine. There isn't blood splatter, or cursing. When I was a kid, I'm talking 5 to 8... we were outside playing guns all the time. No one turned out to be a violent, murderous individual. This topic is really getting old, and parents should be able to decide whether or not their children can or can not separate real life from fictional entertainment.
