Keep em in, I'll take them or shard them. Nightfall is for the XP bonus, everything else is gravy

The idea is to Trade the Faction gear out for Nightfall specific gear.

.....I understand that, but I like the faction gear, saves me from overspending marks, and having to level up their faction. I'll take extra gear, Nightfall specific gear for sure. As easy as this weeks Nightfall was to solo though, you'd be hard pressed to say its worth high tier gear.
