Sorry.. I should have clarified. We are talking about hardware... not software. I didn't feel it was necessary to state the obvious, but I guess for some it is. Yes the game itself has issues. YES, that's coding for the software of the game and will effect anything it's played on. PC Xbox, PS4, doesn't matter. all 3 are having issues with bugs of the software aspect of the game. I'm talking about graphic issues of the hardware where the Xbone isn't able to handle the same way PS4 is. It's due to hardware not being as good.
