Xbox One* I fully upgraded my thorn, & yes I did use an exotic shard, so it's currently yellow around the gun to verify it's fully upgraded - but no achievement? I've switched characters, reset game, deleted game & reinstalled, even deleted my Xbox live account & re-download. What now..? I'm going for 100% completion & this is quite a set back sadly.
