On Bungie.net, go to Legend -> Advisors - then scroll down to the Prison of Elders stuff there.
On the Destiny App, go to Advisors then tap on each level on PoE to expand them.

Hmm is that only on android because it doesn't work on iOS?

Looks like you cannot do it on iOS - no option to bring up the rounds :(
