MrFancyFox brought a great topic to my attention which is how to find good crucible partners and how to check their stats and your own. Myself, Delkesh, and Samir (and pretty much everyone I've encountered) check DestinyTracker. For example try my stats: http://destinytracker.com/destiny/crucible/ps/SemjaAvria You can click the emblem for each of your characters and see their stats individually, Games Played, Games Won, Win/Loss Ratio, Kill/Death Ratio (the general gold standard for a good partner - but not the only one) etc. You can also peruse your kills per game with each weapon for each map, for each game type, and also check out your PvE stats (though with all the wiping in raids...who really cares anymore).
