"Will my character transfer?" No, even better. There is no transfer process. All your character data (level, gear, etc.) is kept on Bungie's servers, you are simply accessing that data from a different location. It's not one-way either. After my friend got a 360 copy of Destiny I did too so we could play together, I started on the XBone. Like I said, you're just accessing the same data from a different location, no transfer necessary. I often swap between my 360 and ONE, it's seamless. 2. Switching platforms (Xbox to Playstation, Playstation to Xbox) "If I switch from Xbox to Playstation will my character transfer?" (vice versa?) No, if you switch platforms you will have to start over. It doesn't matter if you're going from last gen to last gen, next gen to next gen, last gen to next gen, or next gen to last gen. Data does not carry cross-platform.
