I bought an iPhone 3G at full price at release.
since then I've upgraded 3 times for $0.
I don't have the latest phone, but I'm not spending anything.

I almost always pay for the right to have the newest phone on the market but I certainly don't go crying about it when others get it free a year or so later. Some people just think the world is owed to them I guess.
