Bump, but here's food for thought. In buisness class your taught a lot about structure. Let's say we have A worker and B worker. A worker gets hired at 10.00:1 hr for 40 hours of work. He worked 40 hours went home kissed his wife and was happy with his life. Now here comes B worker, when B worker was hired he negotiated a slightly higher wage, B worker was getting paid 10.50:1 hr for 45 hours worth of work. B worker was happy after his week and went home and kissed his wife. Now A worker goes back to work and gets pissed that B is making more doing the same work and getting more hours. However wasn't A just happy the day before with his wage and work? I guess what I'm trying to say to you is...don't be such an A.
