Just curious what people think. It seems dumb to sit around for 5 minutes every time a team wipes in PoE or in Crota (if you don't want to do the glitch). If a death reset the timer, you could die and have heavy available right away. It just seems like the timer makes people sit around for no reason after a wipe.
