You may want to reread his post. It clearly has all 3 characters with all their ranks and adds to 70+. Since drops are rng after rank 3 and there are no specific drop levels, he, as a person playing the game did technically reach level 70. your life must suck so -blam!-ing bad to try pulling a dude up about something in which he actually explains in his post. Since you lack the intellect to actually figure it out, by listing his characters and their levels, he was showing the slow people- such as yourself how he did it and which character was what level.
