Though 1 problem,
If the queen wanted to make a copy of the 347 vesta dynasty (SCOUT RIFLE), how did she end up with the vestian dynasty (SIDEARM) when she clearly has the means and resources to make something a lot more similar.

The sidearm is (as per the Grimoire) considered old tech to the "City" on earth. It's a reef thing, so, we would see this "Legendary Gun", completely new to use (sidearm) and think it to be the gun that is legend.
