I don't understand why people use hours played when they say they haven't gotten x weapon yet. Most of these people's time is probably spent doing unproductive activities like crucible or patrol over and over again. Obviously if you play low chance, or pretty much any mode on the game, modes then you're going to go a crap ton of hours before you get the gun you want. If you're complaining, stop playing for a single gun and just do the raids and nightfall weekly to have higher chances of getting what you want while not sinking in hundreds of hours of your life. If you can't do that then go ahead and get to 1000 hours played before you get what you want.
