PvP Level Requirements
Isn't it only fair to have level requirements for PvP if PvE has them? Getting to level 5 or whatever it is shouldn't allow you to get into PvP. Especially Iron Banner and ToO. Not that I've seen a level 5 in either of these. Just my opinion.
