Buy the license for Far Cry from Ubisoft and make an HD remake of Far Cry 2 because that was the best game ever made. Badass story based on real life... Greatest multiplayer community of all time. Greatest coding ever. Best guns in any game. Lagswitchers could be killed in multiplayer. Players hosted their own matches. You could create anything you could imagine in the map editor and play maps online publicly. Clan rivalries that lasted for years. The sacred homeland of IGB. and more... The game only has 20 people online at a time now on PS3 but it used to be full of action between 2008-2014. Anyone who hasn't played it should check it out because it was as close to perfect as any FPS ever got. It's a shame Ubisoft is making Far Cry weaker and weaker to appeal to the sheeple of gamers and taking out one great feature at a time. Far Cry 4 doesn't even have a real PvP or map editor.
