Many people have beaten level 34 prison of elders or level 35 prison of elders, and in some cases it says that the player has gotten the exotic bounty yet when they check their bounties it is not there, and in other cases, it does not say the player has gotten the exotic bounty yet when they go to the vestian outpost variks shows you the three weapons from the exotic bounty but you can not proceed with the bounty Bungie needs to fix this now because it's starting to become a big problem amongst guardians.
