The taken king new race
Let's talk about the taken. This is the race that Oryx belongs to and probably the masters of the hive. And I'd he willing to be these ships belong to them. Why? Well in early art release there was a banner showing all 4 of the enemy races. Fallen, hive, cabal, vex AND another. And I would he willing to bet these ships belong to them.

Maybe the races we have now got taken by oryx, and brainwashed into being under his control, there's dead cabal on the moon in that cauldron PVP map. Maybe that area is his "transformation" area. If you look up at A spawn there's hundreds of pods up there, maybe he's been setting up an army while we were PVPing against each other.
