The scene in Gears of War 2 [spoiler]where Dom finally finds his wife and, in his disbelief, sees her as beautiful as she was the last time he saw her. Only to snap back to reality and see her broken and tortured body. He has a moment alone with her, and then shoots her out of helpless compassion. Kicked me right in the feels.[/spoiler]
