Know that I'm well aware this thread is more suited for #Recruitment but any threads there that aren't the big 2000+ comments get swamped. So, here's this thread. I've been trying to make it to the Lighthouse over these last two weeks - really trying. I think my problem is that I don't have a good team - but I could be wrong.
