I started playing in January, so I had to look up what it was. Before that though, I thought it might be a bad thing, which gave me an idea for these ToO/IB cheaters: [b]If an account is caught cheating, should their character have a permanent (even after their ban expires) effect on them in PvP games?[/b] I was just thinking something like radiance but with stink lines, but if you have better ideas feel free to post them.
