VoC does 20% less damage and relies on Critical Hits to do more damage.
Bullethose ARs have little to no change in DPS without landing Critical Hits.

Your reading comprehension really needs some work. I said Scout Rifles and Hand Cannons take a penalty to damage when hitting Oracles, and are also penalized even further since they rely on Critical Hits to do most of their DPS. Bullethose ARs don't need to land Critical Hits which is why they're so good against oracles.

Precision hits so not matter at all for oracles and are not a factor. Scouts do better than ARs. VoC vs AE. VoC wins easy
