can you get the elder cipher more than once a week on the same character?

6 RisposteYou can have 2 drop from skolas at once when you kill him. But when you turn one in for the gun, the other disappears. Also if you have one open, and one drops along side it, that will also disappear upon turning in your completed bounty from killing bosses in poe. Happened to me. Luckily my third bounty dropped along with it, so now have all poe exotics. Take my advice and dont choose the dregs. Lol
