Honestly I have no clue why. It's just how Bungie did it; it's why Atheon's Epilogue was such a great Oracle destroyer always. Same goes with Praedyth's Timpiece; they have no penalty to damage and don't need to land Precision Hits to do most of their damage.

VoC destroys oracle better than AE. Oracles have no precision spot.

VoC does 20% less damage and relies on Critical Hits to do more damage. Bullethose ARs have little to no change in DPS without landing Critical Hits.

Oracles have no critical hit. You were talking about oracles which VoC destroys way better than AE So your statement is completely false. [u][b]THERE IS NO WAY TO CRITICAL HIT AN ORACLE[/b][/u] A VoC will kill an oracle in just a few shots. atheons ep. will take a chunk of the magazine to do it

Your reading comprehension really needs some work. I said Scout Rifles and Hand Cannons take a penalty to damage when hitting Oracles, and are also penalized even further since they rely on Critical Hits to do most of their DPS. Bullethose ARs don't need to land Critical Hits which is why they're so good against oracles.
