You can fly using the Tumbler Sparrow, get into the air, rotate sideways (yaw) slightly, and then hit the bumper button! Take a look at this guys vid to see what I mean: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PPB9DA9tpmQ&feature=youtu.be
