My only other suggestion would be more damage drop-off with range. But not all three. Counter-sniping with exotic hand cannons is too much to allow.

Great name! I have had one to many sniper battles with them. Range should be cut by 1/3 easy. I'll admit I'll throw the occasional Hawkmoon round across the map just to see what happens.
