Kill it's "eye" (the glowing white vex) when you see in your screen that he's searching for whatever. After that you can burst that containment bubble with two shots. If you're unable to do that in time stay together and apply brute force, use something like a Found Verdict shotgun to blow out the containment bubble in time. And if everything fails and a Titan has his defender special loaded as a last resource ask him to put a bubble with armor of light off centered in relation with Qodron's bubble, that should give you enough time to burst the containment without dying. Hunters with the new exotic helmet (6x damage) for the Gunslinger can also burst all three of his containment bubbles with a single shot. And even though I haven't tried I suspect that Voidwalker Warlocks can also burst those with a nova bomb. It's not hard, people just need to go to either the left or right corners, camp and get close together when he triggers his "search for whatever" mode. In between bursting those containment bubbles snipe his critical or unload some heavies on him. He should be down in no time without specifically requiring people with full Gjallarhorns, synths readily available and a defender Titan with a special already loaded to be able to melt him down in 30 seconds.

2 manned Qodron, it is easy you just dedicated one to kill Qodrons eye and the minions and the other keep hammering Qodron.

Just go left out the door and shotty those bubbles. I don't know why people are running around. Camp it up

He is easily defeated before the first containment with ghorns, unless you play on last gen consoles then I understand the ghorn route doesn't work
