Post update fellwinters cannot get the old perks. I was hoping for field scout, but nothing. This leaves it's position below. Party crasher, matador, and judgement. The fire rate is lower than all of the above. Discouraging to say the least. I have almost all shotties in the game, and this one will be dust on the shelf. It's an ib weapon for goodness sakes?
