Maybe they had the idea of a feeding mechanism which pushed the rounds up into the chamber like a simple gas cycle , when the cylinder cycles it pushed the round up into the chamber? And maybe the lmg has the same feature where when the rounds are ready to be fed It's pushes into the chamber being locked and loaded ? Although the court rifle magazine doesn't really makes sense even if it fed through the back it curves into the handle But in the end it is a game and I don't really mind to it I just like to play :)
