Good post. I would like to hear formally from Bungie concerning matchmaking. If it's a logical reason then I want an explanation. If it's a flat "No" then I want to know why.

That is not a response (my opinion). If it was a response then I want to see at what point Bungie decided in what meeting at what time this was even remotely considered a "good idea".

What? They've listened to your cries and responded. Just because you cry doesn't mean you'll get what you want. Nothing in this game is inaccessible without MM. Would it make it easier for the socially challenged introverts...absolutely but they've billed this game as a social experience which requires the player to seek his or her teams. That's their vision for destiny. If it doesn't fit your style then just you're just SOL.

I remember when we play games the way we wanted to, not the way the developer wanted us to. I'm sorry the youth of today never got to experience that. Mayhap one day you'll pick up an older game, and you'll see what we mean.

Really? I remember playing games the way they came. You got what you paid for that day. There were no DLCs, the only multiplayer was a buddy next to you with a controller, no check points, no nerfs. No amount of crying would change anything about the game. You either accepted what you bought or you simply pulled the cartridge out and stopped playing if you didn't like the game. What's your point?

Your dad tell you some of his old gaming stories? Because back then the game could be played how you and your buddies wanted to play, not just by the set rules. You could play by your own additional rules, and once the game was in your possession, the developer couldn't change things to force the players to play a certain way.
