New game plus, few games have it these days. Basically, the game is reset and you're back at the beginning, but you get to keep your stats, gear, and items except for a few that impact story progression like keys and certain souls. The game becomes harder to compensate though.

I know what NG+ is, but you have a lot of human effigies so I was asking if that's were you got all of them.

I just started NG+. I very rarely used them because I mostly helped with bosses to get my humanity back. But yeah, you get a lot of effigies throughout the game.
