Anyone run into quests glitching in your log? I have had very little issues but the other night a quest I found while exploring and completed popped back into my log after talking with someone. It gave me two different opening objectives, but when I went back to the location thinking I would be allowed a 2nd completion I found the objectives were not able to be completed. Have to search area to find artifact and open portal with said artifact. The artifact is still in my inventory so after scouring every inch I couldn't find anything. The portal I have to open I can go to and open at will but the quest doesn't update. Its not a huge deal but seeing a low level side quest uncompleted in my log messes with my ocd and drives me a bit bonkers lol.
