The term anti-gay just seems so hateful to me. But technically, yes. But that doesn't mean the baptist church hates gays. Rather they want to show them the love of God and if there was ever a way to show them that it's not fully acceptable by God and to change their ways that we can. But that is much easier said then done. And yes. I live in Louisiana, a state founded on very strong Christian beliefs. We have parishes contrary to the rest of the country that has counties. A parish originally contained on Catholic church, per parish. I see lots of churches of all kinds.
