My Titan nearly got a reign of terror on Thieves Den just from Shoulder Charge. Peregrine Greaves are amazing, only things that can survive it are Unstoppable on Fist of Havoc, And Skull of Dire Ahamkara Nova Bomb. I've killed Bladedancers and Radiant Warlocks with it. Thieves Den is amazing for my Titan. Try using either Flashbang or Lightning Grenade, and stick to mid-range combat unless you are close enough to Shoulder charge or Havoc an enemy or two.
